Random thought: I wonder if anyone has ever tried to combine a waterbed, with a fishtank? Clear plastic so you can see the fish. Although I'd bet sleeping right on the plastic would not be that comfortable. Hm. someone needs to make clear sheets.

Random thought over.

The problem with that is (if you've never slept in a water bed) the water needs to be heated at least slightly above body temperature or you get really cold really fast because water is a good conductor of heat and there's a lot of it.
I don't know of many fish that dig 100 degree water ;)

haha, yeah I've owned a few waterbeds, and have a soft-sided 90% waveless king size right now. But I usually (3 of the 4) get the kind with the padding on top also. With those I dont bother heating the water, you cant feel it unless it's the dead of winter and you crank that shit as high as it will go. And even then it's no big whoop.

Although this presents more problems, as i'd need someone to invent both clear sheets AND stuffing, and at that point you're probably not getting a great view of the fishies.

Looks like i'm keepin the day job. for now.

Some dates starting to fall into place now. Pack date is Sept. 4th, Flight date is Sept. 5. Looking at places to live on the 7th and 8th I believe. Found a nice 2br house with land + barn for $1400 a month on Craigslist, can't wait to take a look at it.

Hoping to get to Mariners, Sounders, Sharks, Canucks, and Thunderbirds while out there.

he's just some douchebag on twitter who spouts moronic hockey rumors.
Imagine Eklund as an 11 year old.

I've been easily ignoring him for a while but today he almost made my head explode with a Miller for Kane rumor....

Want. To. Punch. Him.

Sounds about right actually...
I guess I'm more upset by the people who respond to him and keep feeding the troll.

I'd still like to punch him in the throat though #Confirmed

Applied for a job teaching Engineering fundamentals with Legos to Elementary School kids. Pay and hours are so-so, but sounds like fun.

I see the same thing in the teaching ads here. It does look like a fun job and they probably give you good training. Storing and transporting the legos could be a problem if you don't have a car though.

Yeah, the car won't be a problem.

I think I'd be a good fit. Despite only being 25, I have an engineering background in three different engineering fields as well as construction, I still have tons of Legos, and I've spent a lot of time teaching and with children. (My last job had me promoted twice and training junior engineers, all within nine months. Talk about the blind leading the blind.)

Did they come to your house first and decide your neighbor was a better option?

Can you get a hatchet man tattoo while you wait for the clerk to check you out?
