7 Down - Transfigure.

YAHTZEE!

I am very sorry to burst your bubble :(
but if the Assassin says I'm right about 17 across being bland. then that would mean that 7 down would have to end in an N

which unfortunately transfigure does not.

No anagrams :o
44. 934458 - 227.611014?

are the numbers coordinates? Aren't there 7 numbers in the first set and 8 in the second set? This one has 9 in the second set.

That's what I was thinking. Longitude and latitude maybe?

"J" could stand for a "0"...It can't be coordinates because 227 is too much

There are three words you need to identify the victim.

Two people have mentioned two of the three words in one post. One of them, very early on.

One of the same people has mentioned a different two out of three words in one post.

One word has been mentioned two times.
One word has been mentioned three times.
One word has been mentioned seven times.

You need only put the three words together.

That could mean the victim's username consists of three words or two of the three are like "wiil kill" or "will die"

I'm guessing that Dot and Hoodlum are incorrect, only because Dot seems likely to be incorrect due to the fact that clues aren't typically the actual words.

Just dot actually. Hoodlum has to be correct.

Hoodlum has to be correct because Ruffian is a scoundrel and such, unless we're referring to the famous racehorse, but that does not fit.

I know I know that's what I meant!

There has to be an alternative for dot.

A+

One more to correct. You are not FAR off. The letters must be exact in order for the clue to ultimately be solved.

The Assassin is concerned that no attempt has been made to interpret the last victim picture clue. A bit of ingenuity is needed.
Should your attempts come close, you will receive another victim clue (or two) tonight.

As promised, one additional Assassin clue:

The Assassin is setting their table in preparation for their meal on Tuesday afternoon.

The Assassin is willing to extend a showing of good faith.

Protects must be made by 8:00 p.m. Tuesday night (EST).
