I hate it when the YMCA drains the hot tub before I can get in there after a back lifting set.

I miss the people in charge of the music at the cafe on campus last year. They played all '80s and '90s music and I knew all the words to every song. Now they play Evanescence albums and hip hop from the past decade. Um.

OMG I saw Paranormal Activity tonight....creepy as hell. And I'm not easily creeped out...but if you're into, well, paranormal activity...I'd recommend this movie. Eeeesh...not sure if I can sleep with the lights off tonight.

I think over fall break I'm going to get my hair chopped off.

It's obviously really long... I'm thinking I'm going to get 18" chopped off for Locks of Love. I'll still have hair about 6" past my shoulders after that (I had a friend measure)... but I'm scared lol. My hair will be back to this length in about another year and a half because that's what it does, but I love it this long. The last time it was this long I was twelve, and I really hated it after I had it cut.

Basically I want to do it because of my suitemate... She had stage four cancer when she was seven and is alive today because a doctor went against everyone else and put her through chemotherapy four times a week for eighteen months. Now the only reminder of that that she has is a bald spot, which isn't even visible, and she refers to her doctor from that time as her second father....

I should just go really drastic and get bangs + have the rest of my hair cut off to quite a bit above my shoulders. THAT would make a nice wig, plus my hair would then be uber-curly.

You should do it, Jael! You'll feel really good knowing that your donating your hair, and you might like the new look. I would definitely donate my hair to Locks of Love, but I don't think they accept color treated hair.

i say chop it off. even shorter then what you were planning. take off a good 24" and make your hair shoulder length.

that being said, what the hell are you blowing up in those pictures? or is that a tent?

I really want to see Where The Wild Things Are. All of my friends are too cool for school to see it though. Looks like I'll be going by myself then.
