2 large egg whites simmered with black pepper cooked into it, make sure to put the pepper on while it's still gooey.

2 slices of lean ham

1 slice of low fat cheese, swiss preferably

1 honey wheat english muffin, toasted and lightly coated with fat free cream cheese

put it all together and you have my new HIGH protein 354 calorie breakfast sandwich! Maximum taste, maximum protein, minimum calories easy preparation.

1 egg white is less filling and 322 calories if you prefer.

I make a bunch of them all at once and heat it in the microwave wrapped in a paper towel for 30-45 seconds.

I have an irrational hatred of one of my co-workers.
I would love nothing more than to stomp on his throat.

In college, there was this girl who looked strikingly like Kellie Martin from Life Goes On. It made me hate her. Later she became one of our close friends. Guess it really was an irrational hatred.

He's just a giant toolbox...and he's loud and in way over his head but he's too stupid to know it.
Most people just roll their eyes at him and ignore his ideas, but for some reason his very presence angers me.

I feel dirty when a TV commercial compels me to search out and buy a song from iTunes.

I'm watching Germany - Russia right now. I almost forgot Max and Kalinin are still playing hockey.

BTW: Germany leads 1-0 after 2 periods and Kovalchuck sucks balls :D

All of the production floor servers and phone servers are completely fried at the moment and they are sending agents home by droves but our department is still up and running. At this rate, I may be getting out of here early today since there will be no one here for me to manage/monitor.

Word. Up.

Edit: Son of a bitch... everything is coming back up now. FML

The more I look into it, the more I want to defer my student loans for two years after I graduate and hop around the world for a while. Only cost to me would be airfare, and the first year of those two would be spent saving for that.

Ok, I know this happens everywhere, but guys who sandbag it in an adult beer league really piss me off. For example, my team is playing in a tourney this weekend. We're in the "Novice B" divison. Our first game was a 0-0 tie. So the competition seemed even. Both teams had chances and the shots were 22-24. Then our next game we find out the team we're playing has been together for like 8 years. They had at least one college level player (considering he was wearing an NU jersey, I blocked a shot from him). They were clearly more skilled and were not "novice". Now the team we play tomorrow is supposed to be even better and apparently has Jay McKee as an occasional substitute. How is that "novice" level!?

lol @ Fisher-wood giving Kesler the "Separator" on the faceoff.

Added way after the fact: Erat took a Weber slapper to the left ear. He's damn well lucky it hit a stick or two enroute. Still man, fffffffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu....

That is teh suck!

Only things I did for a formal event tonight were straighten my hair, pull a tiny bit of it back, and put on a little bit of eyeliner. So much better than going the whole nine yards, and I didn't look any worse.

i know how you feel. i played in a mid tier level league in kalamazoo that had several players from the MLRH (major league roller hockey) play in it, one on my team. one guy i played against was offered a 2 year, 1 million dollar contract from the DEL (german pro league)... seriously good players, and it was all.. yeah, i started for my highschool team.. not the same thing.
