what kind of weird situations are we talking about here? the kind where you wake up with a man scrotum glued to your hand or the kind where you walk in on two people having sex and are invited to join?

weird as in i wouldn't even be comfortable discussing why it is weird on a public message board. but of course it does pertain to men and sex. awkwaaard.

I'm a little over 12 hours into my shift at the Mike Posner / Far East Movement concert at RIT. I had 3 hours sleep.

Only six hours to go.

Beautiful day out. Played ultimate frisbee for hours. Ate Mighty Taco. Yep, it's been a good day.

just bought tickets for tomorrows bills game on ebay.. waiting for the person to send an invoice for payment. i really need this to happen asap because i don't have a printer, and the chance of any of my friends being up at 8am on a sunday so i can use theirs to print out the tickets is slim to none. ugh.

Fitting a doctor appointment into this schedule is going to be interesting.

all the talk of Enroth being better/becoming the number 1 goalie in Buffalo pisses me off...

today was good. All 4 of my wooden monsters (see the Post a Picture thread from the end of Sept) sold in the art show they were in and I won my hockey game 6-4. hizzah

Jael, sorry to hear about your cousin :(

My best friend and her ex-boyfriend are both vegan. Last night, her ex, who I'm sort of friends with, posted some status about veganism, where we got into a discussion about some aspects of veganism. I wasn't insulting vegans or their way of life, and simply arguing a few counterpoints of some things he said that I felt were entirely false. It got into a huge Facebook discussion where I was continuing to be calm and polite, and almost every single vegan or vegetarian who joined in had all sorts of things to say about how I was ignorant (my god this argument was used so many times), implications that I was morally inferior for eating meat, and a number of physical threats after I put in a smart rebuttal to an argument. I found this incredibly ironic for a bunch of people who claim to be peace-loving, life-respecting vegans.

this could have been handled better. go buy a steak. grill to rare. eat with hands. take and post pictures. the outrage will be legendary.

Hahaha, that would be amazing, but I'd probably get murdered by them... which I suppose is also ironic.

And, as far as any doctor is concerned... I don't. I dealt with vertigo about a year ago, and I had no idea why it was happening. I started taking vitamins, and it went away. But, my hearing loss got worse about a month after the vertigo stopped, and I looked up meniere's and thought I might've had it. I got tested, though, and apparently I don't, so my body is just fucked. No idea why the vertigo is back, but it might just be that my ear is stuffed up or something, because I've been sick for the past couple of weeks.

what cured my vertigo was yoga. i did yoga, and it really helped. plus, i was all flexible and sexy.

the image of you posting a picture of yourself eating a steak with your hands, teeth showing. just primal in EVERY way.. that would have been AWESOME to see that response.

Hmm, I'll have to keep that in mind. I think there are yoga classes taught at UB, so maybe I'll join one, because vertigo is such a bitch. And it would be awesome to respond like that... and really quite delicious.
