As well term limits could be obtained, the states would have to vote on it, cause let's face it the elected officials are not going to vote on it. it is in the constitution somewhere. Term limits bring in fresh ideas. I know rules would have to be established like if you get a true patriot in office (i define patriot as one who has the interest of the country at heart, not self or party). I'll be honest, the only reason i am registered is so i can vote, i think the party system does not allow officials to think free, i feel they are almost driven to believe what their party ideals may be, which flip flop.
