This administration and DHS has no intention of enforcing immigration law ever.

They've even said they may not take the cases referred to them by Arizona police.
Hell, Obama's aunt, came here in 2000, had an asylum request denied in 2002, was ordered deported in 2004 but she never left. She remained here until 2008 and after Obama was elected, the deportation order was suspended and a Judge overturned the denial of asylum.
