In the picture, it appeared as though he needed assistance walking, so I thought that perhaps that exit provided the shortest walking distance based on where he was inside the white house, and where a car could pull up to.

Again this was a GUESS, without looking at a floor plan of the white house.

Why know the whole story when you can make assumptions and fire arrows? I'm pretty sure that Obama didn't tell people to walk the guy by the trash, and I'd bet he's just as pissed about that picture as most of us.

The reason this is a story at all is because Bush had the balls to break with normal protocol and met with the man in public.

Obama is reversing that trend appease communist pricks.

I just have a hard time getting outraged either way. I think the whole situation is kind of stupid. I was never a big fan of "unwritten rules" and "unwritten protocol" so you don't offend anyone or step on anyone's toes.

I think it's really dumb that we even think about which guy he should meet first and when, and which route he should take, etc.
