Don't know anything about her to be able to comment seriously, but I did find it humerous that she looks an awful lot like Kevin James to me.

Actually, with this pick, Obama has had a net effect of moving SCOTUS to the right. Kagan is more moderate than Stevens. It's the rabid liberals that should be upset...I'm certainly not. (and Supreme court nominations were probably in my top 3 issues in the last election) |
