Claims lack of transparency, fraud in helping balloon Greek debts.

I'm no expert, but it seems as if he's grasping at straws to explain away the fact they made some stupid decisions leading up to this monster debt. Like most other things, please correct me if I am wrong.

I don't think you're wrong. There's a lot of blame to go around for the world financial mess, and some goes to bankers, but some goes to anyone who took out a loan the couldn't afford too.
