its almost over. unemployment is always the last variable to swing upwards after a recession. the housing market is improving, as is the stock market.

To economic experts and the like who have millions or dollars, yeah it's getting better. To the average citizen who has a couple of hundred or a couple of thousand in the bank, or the millions who dont know how they will buy groceries this week, it sucks and it isnt looking any better. By the time this mess gets turned around, their houses will be gone, unemployment will have run out, and they will be living on welfare.....these analysts and politicians are so far removed from mainstream society, they dont have a clue. Mom and Pop businesses will collapse because Joe citizen cannot support them, cars repossessed, houses foreclosed, insurance premiums not paid.....bailout money gone. Yet, as in the Great Depression, those who survived did very well and they also said the economy was getting better...of course it was, for them. But it was a different story to the millions of citizens who were living in tents, like tent city here in Rochester and others all over the country. It will get worse before it gets better. We think crime is bad now........not a clue. I see it every day.
