Extradite him to Indonesia, where he can stand trial for the Bali nightclub bombings, be found guilty, and have his filthy fucking poisoned head cut off. Any trial in the US will cost us money, open the US legal system to world scrutiny and criticism, and enhance his virulent image by offering him a platform for his poison, at our expense. Send him to a country that doesn't give a fuck and won't fuck around; They'll simply execute his evil ass. |

It'll be interesting to see if Mohammed's attorneys are able to have the case dismissed because he was never read his Maranda rights. In addition, if he is entitled to a jury of his peers, a devout Muslim probably must be part of that jury if it is to be considered legitimate. How will a devout Muslim juror react when the defense's entire case is centered on the abuse, torture, persecution and mistreatment of Muslims? Remember, it only takes one vote to acquit. |

See....all the issues that arise... This is why Gitmo exists... This is why we were doing military tribunals... This is an extremely important subject matter where Obama is wrong. Gitmo is still open, habeas corpus is still susspended, but we're going to bring KSM to Manhattan???? Where is the damn logic in that? Eric Holder is a moron. |

I think this show trial will provide priceless political capital for the Obama administration's policies. Every time the defense speaks it will be railing against George W. Bush and his policies of torture, Islamophobia, and persecution against Muslims. These daily talking points about the evils of Republicans will be eaten up by the media, which will really help Obama in rallying his base to pass his health care plan and advance his demilitarization policies. The Obama administration must be licking their chops right now. His political enemies are going on trial and all he has to do is sit back and enjoy the gift that will just keep on giving. |

Let's also not forget about the fact that this is exactly what KSM wants. Eric Holder has already said he will go for the death penalty. Boom...instant martyr status at the hands of the great satan....that's a great job you guys are doing over there at the DOJ. |

I personally think its a load of shit that the are trying him as civilians. what a load of shit... he is terrorists, he shouldnt even get a trial, he doesnt deserve the rights they have been giving, and they should be put to death. Plain and simple... course since its a cival court case now, he has american citizen rights and will most likely not even be given the death penalty... what a load of shit. |

Speaking of the death penalty....how often does NY even execute people anymore? Out here in Ca. we've got thousands on death row and kill like 1 a year. We need to outsource that shit to Texas. |
