http://www.tsn.ca/world_jrs/feature/?id=11996 Hockey Canada announced its december camp rosters for the WJC. 1 Sabre made the list, Luke Adam. Others who had a shot include Kassian and Lagace. Usually the Q has the least representatives other than the goalies but Adam has a very good shot this year I think. Excited to see who will be on the team.

Kassian was not snubbed, he was the snubber. He informed them that he would not be attending the camp so he could continue playing with the Petes. He is still on the list of those invited to be on the team.

And Luke Adam has impressed HockeyCanada enough to earn a spot on this team. Adam could be a very crucial player for Canada as we go for our 6th straight gold. I think a line of Adam-Schenn-McMillan(Kelowna Rocket former teammate of Myers') will be the line that makes or breaks us.

I'm not going to soil myself - yet; but maybe Adam is a better prospect than many have thought. Still; many a Team Canada player never made an impact at the NHL level, so we'll see...

the one who really probably feels like he got screwed is minnesota's prospect tyler cuma. second year he's just missed the team.

That sucks because I wanted to see him on the checking line with Barrie's Stefan Della Rovere.

A let down following a draft year is not uncommon.

My guess is that Kassian will get a wake up call this summer, will finish out his Jr career in style in 2010-11, fans will panic that the Sabres won't get him signed, and then he is inked before the deadline.
