Per Bob McKenzie, Parrish has been waived by the Sabres. That would mean[url][/url] he got signed to a contract on the DL. Waiting to hear back from Mike Harrington or Bill Hoppe for confirmation.

Mike Harrington confirmed to me that the Sabres have signed Mark Parrish. The waiver means he'll be on his way to Portland.
