Well...this seems to be a first, I wonder if he'll actually do anything about it. I sure hope so.

My guess is that Hjalmarsson will be suspended 1 game...so if that happens he'll be back in the lineup for Saturday's game. I sincerely hope that Kaleta will let his point be known by cleanly checking people this weekend, it doesn't do anyone any good if he decides to take a cheap run at Toews, Kane, Sharp or another one of their better players.

This sounds exciting.

I have no problem with retaliation, as long as it's done cleanly. If Kane or Towes or Hossa (cherry picking trash) puts themself in a vulnerable position and get lit up, fine. But the hit has to be legal, and within the rule books, otherwise it's just another scum bag play in a league that's already seen too many of those plays.

well....it could do SOME measure of 'good'. It will help us in the game if one of their stars is knocked out, and it will show the rest of the league we're not a bunch of panty-wastes just waiting to be fun the fuck over.

That said, two wrongs do not equal a right, and I dont really want a dirtbag on our team. Plus it wont help us to have Kaleta suspended, especially since it would probably be a really long suspension, he's got a bit of a history, and it would clearly be revenge.

I'm kind of torn, I want that guy to get his face plastered to the glass everytime he's on the ice, and for it all to be legal. I also kind of want him hurt a little bit. just a little...

I'd love to see everyone use Kaleta's new move.

Take a hard run at someone, but pull up at the last second. Next time, take your run, and bury them. Have them looking over their shoulder, never knowing if the hit is coming or not.

I'd be a fan of a retaliatory mind fuck. Or a line brawl.

Rumor has it, McCormick, Gaustad, Kaleta, Rivet, Montador, Myers, and Morrisson will all be in the line up, so I'd assume 1 or 5 of those guys could, would, and will drop the gloves on someone and give them a face raping.
