We only get the camera's the broadcasters own, we do not get every angle like the refs. We don't know what views they show for the refs or in Toronto.

That goal was again one of the many bad breaks for us. What are the odds that another player, other than the goalie, would be able to get their stick in the air and bat it out??? I mean really???!!! The Hockey Gods were on Ottawa's side for 3 periods.......because I said, there are no "if's. Sorry.......

Heck those cameras are on a catwalk or a cable. I doubt they'd be tough to fix in all honesty, go up there and just replace the Camera, they aren't that expensive to a league making 2 billion a year, 5 grand or so is probably all they cost for a new one.

I don't think that puck was in. Yeah, you saw white between the puck and the line, but that was after it had bounced. I think it stayed on the line. But a shame about that camera. Get your shit in gear, NHL.

I think that camera not operating is somewhat the fault of the Sabres organization, isn't it? Or the company that manages HSBC?

nope. if you read the quote i posted from the buffalo news, it says that the camera is NHL property and they've requested to have it fixed for a long time.

I'm also don't think that was a goal, and I'm not sure an overhead view would have changed my mind.

That being said, it just shows how much of a joke the NHL is that they allow a piece of equipment critical to the officiating of the sport to just hang their broken.
