Maybe our best overall forward so far this season has been Clarke MacArthur. He's played fast, physical, smart, and has shown a good scoring touch around the net. I hope the light has gone on and he'll keep this level of play up all season long, but only time will tell.

I voted "Yes", because even when he'd score a couple goals last season I never felt he looked comfortable on the ice. Now, he looks like he belongs...the confidence is there.

Clarky has come of age. I think he saw all the young talent we have and decided he didn't want to get buried at the end of the bench.

Kudos to him. His hard work is paying off.

I voted no. He's still young, and I think he's showing the signs of being a solid contributor. If it said he'd be there in the next 2-3 years I would have voted yes. He's made good progress, but I think there will still be some growing pains.

Well in his third NHL season this will be it. Will he be better than Stafford? He had 17 goals last year and ended the year with close to 35 points.

Another year with experience he should get closer to 25 goals, and maybe 50 points or more.

I vote yes. Plus I've been high up on him.

no vote...only 4 games...too early to tell....he might just be running on adrenaline which could disappear any game now

We're on a hot streak, I don't know that his success can be judged based on the whole teams. Wait til we hit a cold patch and see if he keeps it up.

The general is tied for Roy as our #1 point getter, who I might add, are both averaging a point per game...

Again, Mac looked good. And that was a pretty sweet penalty shot. I wasn't sure what we'd get from him, because you rarely see him in the shootout. Anyone know how many times he's shot in the SO? But seriously, this kid is putting together a real nice streak here.

I've been saying he was second on our team in shooting percentage, so it means he finds the holes behind the goalie to get that puck into.

Still not sold on him He'd have a stretch like this last year and then he would be invisible for the next 25 games. Until he proves to me he can be like this night in and night out I won't buy into him.

He may have had a stretch where he was scoring some points last year.

But he didn't do it in this kind of fashion. He looks incredibly confident, driven, and collected.

Mac has stepped up to the next level.

It doesn't take a half season to judge a NHL player thats why people get sent down after being called up one day later... Clark has composure with the puck.. takes the body.. and he can score.. he is turning into a good powerforward
