The sooner we trade him, the better.

Hecht-Connolly-Pominville
Vanek-Roy-Stafford
Ennis-Niedermayer-Grier
McCormick-Gaustad-Kaleta
Gerbe as the 13th forward.

Morrisonn-Myers
Leopold-Montador
Weber-Rivet
Sekera and Butler will sit as the 7th and 8th d-men, while Sekera can fill in sometimes at forward.

Enroth will only back up Miller if Lalime is injured.

It's a decent line-up with hopeful improvements from Stafford and Ennis, and even more from Myers. They'll need to stay as healthy as last season, but keep it going into the playoffs and be mentally stronger and more prepared. They'll finish at least 2nd in the division, but it all comes down to what team shows in the playoffs. A magic eight ball probably can guess as well as anyone else.

As long as he reserves the right to play crappy hockey, I reserve the right to spell Sekera's name wrong.

I'm stickin to my guns and Saying the Sabres win the division handily with Boston in second.

Boston may have gotten better by adding Horton to the mix, but Savard is gone once again. Seguin is no Savrd, he's a rookie and he isn't Ovechkin or Crosby, or Malkin so I don't expect him to get anywhere near 82 points this year.

Our biggest worry in our division is Boston. But as I said before, their scoring is still not what it could be. But then again, they could go and be the highest scoring team in the NHL like two years ago, or stay where they were last year.

As I said in the GDT, the call on Rivet was horseshit. The Bruins player was holding onto Rivet's stick like it was the last fucking raft on the Titanic.

A line full of skill that can't control the puck along the boards is a waste. A line that keeps the puck but can't score is almost a waste, except for usually being sound defensively. Three lines that can work the boards and still generate offense is a hard team to play against. Ennis won't be a waste playing with two players that play great two-way hockey. In fact it's probably the best scenario for a still young rookie that doesn't know everything yet.

The only scenario I see for him playing more on a skill line is with Connolly and Vanek at RW. Maybe if (when) Stafford falls flat again that will happen. For now I don't see a better combo.

What he said.

Of all the teams in the NE Division, we're the team with the most fire power. By far.
