Neidermayer is a true veteran leader and brings so much to the lineup its ridiculous. Gaustad can learn a lot from him.

Morrison is a great fit for Myers...he is a slightly better (and more physical) version of Tallinder. Its funny to see a 6'4" guy be 4" shorter than his D partner...lol

Leopold is so under-rated its comical--he may have been the best FA move of the offseason last year, regardless of team. For the money, you can't find a better offensive D-man. Yes, he will have some lapses in the defensive zone but almost all offensive D-men do. If he was 100% solid in our zone, his paycheck would be upwards of 6 mil per season.

Yeah... I guess I've had somewhat of a change of heart about Leopold. I have a feeling he's gonna be one of those wildly inconsistent players, making me wildly inconsistent about liking him on a nightly basis.
