Lindy is full of shit. I have it on good authority that Miller is going to be out for some time and if he comes back on Wednesday, he's risking really fucking himself up.

No it really doesn't. Enroth looked much improved during his last few games, so I'm hoping he'll get the nod on Weds.

I think the only reason Enroth didn't get the start Saturday was because he was called up and travelled.

Enroth was playing in Portland today against Bridgeport.
Is he going to get called back up before Wed. game against the Penguins?

i had heard, and just heard, that miller can play with his injury, but eventually itll require surgery to correct.

again, just what i HEARD.

this could be 1999-2000 all over again, thats when biron stole the show and showed he could start. while roloson played the bench.

Depends. If Miller looks like shit Weds morning, you bet your ass he will. If Miller plays through his injury and somehow starts, he could fuck himself for a long time.

Just let Enroth go. Let Miller get some rest. Don't want to ruin his career.

If you guy are talking surgery, please don't tell me hernia.
If thats the case, have the surgery, don't wait.

Edit: and on that note, I have to wonder if this is the reason why there is hesitation on the part of Regier to make a move. Given that his star goalie may be out for awhile.
They had to of known Miller was battling through this for awhile now.

What I heard made no mention of surgery, just that he's going to be out a while. For the record, he seemed to be walking fine at Catwalk but I saw him for five seconds before Noureen's boobs were in my face, asking for a bunch of sushi.

LOL, well, boobs in your face is a night in the bush ;)

Edit: I know, I know, poor taste on the Gieco commercial spin off, I couldn't resist Phil :D

Well, as long as its not season ending, I agree with what B&Y posted. Let Enroth run with it until Ryan's feeling better. No sense in chancing something that doesn't really need to be chanced.

i doubt what i heard was right. but i do want to point out that people with ACL or MCL or PCL tears, even RIGHT AFTER the injury (i mean, minutes) can walk without a limp, showing no sign of the injury. just for reference.

even given the fact that the season can still potentially look better for us, even without miller in, i still think some evaluation needs to be done on what the fuck is going on. if he's out for a week or so, then back in for a couple of games, then back out... something's wrong. everything surrounding this team just keeps getting more and more enigmatic and i don't like it. we're supposed to feel like we're a part of what's going on. i know we don't really matter to the team dynamic as fans, but when will they let us know what's up?

this bullshit about closed doors and ambiguity concerning the roster, the players, and our team's future is pissing me off.

When I saw someone fall on his knee during preseason, I didn't think it looked good, but he kept on playing.

Who knows whether Lindy is telling the truth or if he's trying to cover something else up, but during one of his interviews he said Ryan has a little bit of groin tightness, and passed it off as "no big deal."

We'll see.

Yeah. So forget the fact that once the team has Miller back in net, they're going to *probably* be lackadaisical in their backchecking -again- and try to sit on something like a 2-0 lead -again-.

I can't fucking wait to be the Miss Cleo of this shit.

I'm not too far off...

even though im not too high on enroth, i was impressed when he came up. bad numbers, yeah, but he won. i feel better about him being in net over lalime. and ya know what? let enroth run with it. at the worst, and i mean WORST, he plays bad, and we have an idea of what we have. he also could improve his trade value should buffalo decide to go in another direction (please draft a goalie!)
