I think you might be able to watch it on Center Ice since you're outside the Sabres broadcasting area. Like I said earlier, I checked my listings after reading the title of this thread. My guide has it listed on one of the Center Ice channels. it could be that there will be an Anaheim broadcast, but no buffalo one. I could be totally wrong of course, but I'm holding out hope.

Lucky me, I'll get the local Anaheim feed in HD even

My experience is that if it's on VS then it won't be on Center Ice but I'll be hoping. At the very least I'll get to watch it on a web feed I suspect.

It's not on VS at all. They just have broadcast rights. You should be fine on CI, but with the Ducks feed.

Basically VS has certain defined days where they have a 'Game of the Week'. During that game, no other network can broadcast a game involving a US team. This doesn't apply the the Canadian teams, so those are usually the only games scheduled there.

Based on that info, maybe the Ducks feed won't be available either. I guess we'll find out.

So the broadcast rights are shared with CI when VS can't air a game? Just curious.

I thought you might be ok initially, but what I found afterward about the exclusive window makes me wonder.

Not that I care cuz I'll be there, but why are you guys losing your minds about this now? This has been common knowledge since the broadcast details were initially announced in the summer. Jeez.

I doubt it's anywhere. I checked the Ducks scheduled and they have nothing when it comes to TV listings. I doubt it'll be online because that means it would need to be broadcasted outside of closed circuit.
