So glad to see this signing done. Good contract for a valuable player. Weber has been providing that "nasty" that's been missing on the blue line. Now with Regher and the emergence of Myers' mean streak, our D are looking downright scary!

And the price is right, and the term leaves him a RFA when the contract is up. Nice.

I've been a big fan of Weber. Glad to see him for at least two more years and hope he turns into a potential top four d-man. He could possibly take over as Myers partner in two years when Regehr's contract expires.
