He's holding people accountable for their shitty play which is what should be done. I think you're partially wrong here. I have never seen Miller mention anybody specifically when he goes on a rant. He speaks about the team in general.

As for the throwing the arms in the air, it's probably a "what the fuck?" reaction. I do it sometimes too. But as a professional, I think he should cut that shit down. Get back up, slap the pads and get back in the game.

Ya but Miller throws many people under the bus and in return no one does it to him. He's been a mediocore goalie for most of the season. And those softies are the reason why we've been losing them. A softy here and there is ok but he's been doing this game after game and not just once in a game 2 maybe even 3 times.

you do realize he had a 2.01 gaa and a .933 save percentage going into last nights game, right? oh, you didnt? well, i guess you can take back calling him mediocre.

Yeah, there is no way in hell he checked Miller's stats before or after the game.

his current GAA and save percentage?

2.14 gaa
.930 save percentage.

those numbers in april would win him a veznia. easily.

FUCK YOU, MILLER!

Those numbers don't mean shit unless he's putting numbers in that first column - the one that's header is 'W'....

they mean alot. it means the team isnt playing in front of him.

his career 225-130 record means he gets a pass from a bad game here and there because frankly, miller has won the sabres games they had no business winning. look at the 09-10 division winning season. if miller isnt in net that season, the sabres dont make the playoffs.

Lol man you are a riot. I didn't say he was a mediocre goalie dude all I said was his plays been nothing but mediocre since those first few games... And Miller throwing other players on the team under the bus is kind of unfair seeing that he is at fault for a bunch of those blunders as well.

GAA and SV% look great but the most important statistic you've over looked is wins. With a .500 record your not winning no Vezina.

the .500 record isnt necessarily his fault.

Nor should it be used after 8 games either.

Trade Miller now. He is obviously washed up. ;)

Enroth and MacIntyre FTW!

Seriously though, I'd be ok with them playing a little more Enroth till Ryan gets his groove on.

This is my fucking point exactly. It's a TEAM sport. Apparently, the TEAM plays better with Jhonas in net, at least from our limited view.

miller shouldnt be penalized because the team doesnt try as hard in front of him, unless miller pisses off the team to the point they dont want to. since that probably isnt the case, fix whats wrong with the team, and figure out why this happens.

since everyone is into placing blame where it doesnt need to go, guess who im blaming? the idiot with the C on his jersey. im gonna call it "bad captaincy"

The only way a goalie "gets his grove on" is stringing together a few good starts.

woah woah woah

werent these whole "the team doesnt play as well in front of miller" arguments the EXACT SAME arguments that we were using the past two seasons to justify not playing lalime, except with lalime's name instead of millers?

Um, difference here is that the team wins in front of Enroth...

idk, I just don't see him in his "star goalie" form, and haven't felt like he's played to that level yet.
