The team has declined; not improved under the current Management. There is no logical reason to believe they will. The National Hockey Media (MSG, NHL Network, HNIC, and others) are laughing at the situation here, because they know it's totally fucked up. They realize these things don't correct themselves through osmosis. Money is only a means to improving when you spend it to correct what areas you don't have already. More of the same does little. Sum of the parts doesn't equal the money spent on this payroll.

You have to have someone fix the problem. The two who have caused it aren't the ones to fix it. They tried to fix it, and only made it worse.

These type of jobs have shelf lives. Even coaches and GM's who actually won Stanley Cups run their courses. The sooner Terry Pegula comes out of denial, the sooner we can move in a positive direction again.

If he pouts and refuses to accept he erred in keeping them on, then we'll continue to see more of the same.

Honestly, I'd rather see Lindy gone over Regier. He's done the job of bringing in quality players, it's time for the Coach to work with these quality players and actually get them working hard.

I personally think it's Lindy that needs to go, and it's not Darcy's fault, but I wouldn't be angry if Darcy does, too. If you're gonna make changes might as well go balls out.
