Head Coach Kevin Dineen announced on 96.3 The Big Jab this morning that Goalie Jonas Enroth was recalled by Buffalo and Patrick Lalime was sent down for a reconditioning stint.

Not sure how reliable this is, so I tagged as a maybe.

This, I like. I don't think the kid got a fair look when he was up last. But this time around I like the play of the boys as of late so maybe they will give him a better supporting cast.

So the question is; out of our next games coming up (NYR, NJD and WAS), what night do they let Miller take the night off?

If this turns out to be true, it also means the Sabres are exposing Lalime to the open market. Considering his rather low salary and lengthy experience, it's far from a given that he'll clear waivers. I suspect the Sabres are hoping that he gets scooped up to clear cap room for...

My guess is that Enroth merely rides the pine and Lalime is the next non-Miller goalie to get a start.

This, I like. I don't think the kid got a fair look when he was up last. But this time around I like the play of the boys as of late so maybe they will give him a better supporting cast. The Rags have 80 goals for, but have fallen quite a bit from their hot start
