Courtesy of The Score & Daniel Slater: http://twitter.com/ScoreOttawa/status/6767703729 "Sens had hearing over Ruutu this morning - no suspension, but there was a fine". Further details pending. And this is just so much bullshit, considering Ruutu has had multiple suspensions for all kinds of unsportsmanlike and injurious behavior. Pure fucking bullshit. |

I'm surprised he even got a fine. |

Ruutu is a dirt bag. I really want to see someone destroy him. |

Oh, but of course. This is Patrick Kaleta we're talking about. He had it coming. |

i fucking hate ruutu and the classless bastard he is. Should have sent Adam Mair to Ottawas dressing room again to give him a piece of mind. Honestly, I'm scared to see what it is gonna take for the NHL to really buckle down on these head shots. |

Fitting we play them next on "Boxing Day". As stated in the thread detailing who our real knuckle tosser is now on the team, I'm all for summoning the spirit of the Rayzor on this one. Someone has to step up, and rip the face off of this pathetic, waste of equipment/abortion that lived. Keep in mind though, folks. You can bet your bottom dollar that if one of our boys take this into their own hands, or if we call up one of our AHL'ers for this task (Which also, I am all for) that little fucking pee-wee herman look-alike (Bettman) will be sitting in the stands. If anything happens in that game, we'll be slapped with a heavy fine because any action against Ruutu will be considered premeditated and "Revenge". Well Gary, if you will kindly just do us all a favor and toss yourself off of the Empire-fucking-state Building and let the NHL players police their own as it was in the 80's, this kind of shit will come to an end if not will be seen in a very rare occasion. Don't get me wrong folks, Outside of the Mair, Peters and now Kaleta situations, I have NEVER liked this ball of rotting flesh and can't wait for the day he gets his. But with the rules in place that will protect his sorry ass in any which way possible, we need to be careful in how we go about serving him a nice plate full of discipline and fists. Lets hope he slips down the stairs and breaks his legs or something pretty close to that. Like if his neighbor drives over him. You know, natural causes. |

Kaleta isn't going to have a very long career if he keeps getting boarded or hit in the head every other month. Little Georges Laraque is who I was hoping for last summer, and I still want him in a Sabres Uni. |

Remember, the officials did Ruutu a favor by not giving him a game misconduct. I'm sure that was Campbells' justification (I'm sure since it was on Kaleta that had a factor too) for not suspending him. It still mystifies me how a player can get a 5 min major for boarding and not a game misconduct. |
