Dammit - Rick's not even going to Atlanta and NY?

Why can't they get Curt Kielbeck again or something? Sylvester is an awful PBP guy.

Edit: Nope, I think Rick is at least going to Atlanta and NY, according to WGR he starts the pregame with Schopp and the Bulldog tonight at 6 as is usual.

Bingo! He's not enough of a fan for me. I want to hear a PBP guy who is excited & rooting for the Sabres. I don't want someone who sounds like he would just as soon spend time criticizing them.

This goes for EVERYBODY! If you're going to be our announcer you have to love our team.

I for one dont mind Kevin in the announce booth.. I would like it though if harry took a break and Jim Lorentz came back.. i would be in lala land. Never really knew how much i liked jim until he left.

-It's not RJ's soprano son covering for him. (Hopefully smoking 3 packs a day to cure that.)

-It's not John Gurtler covering. (Too busy drinking with local HS kids in OP.)

As for Lorentz, good X's and O's man, but beyond dull......... :hand:
