Lindy now has 470 wins with the Sabres. With 31 games remaining in the regular season and hoping for a long playoff run, what does everyone think his chances are to get #500 this season. I know it will defintely require at least two series wins in the playoffs, but I think it's quite possible we see him get it this year. |

it is possible but i would think next year he will definitely surpass the mark, if he is still here. (here's hoping darcy isn't) |

Lindy won't get to 500 this year either. Realistically we will probably win about 15-20 more games, if that 470 is regular season and not including playoffs he won't until next year, if it includes playoffs, he gets it. |

It doesnt include playoffs. He's probably approaching 500 career regular season wins as a coach. Which means it will happen next december. |

As has been pointed out, -Playoff wins -Regular season wins Two different categories; not one. Lindy won't get to 500 wins this season unless we win 30 out of 31 games. |
