If Ennis had played 75-82 games this year, how many points would he have gotten? He's very obviously NHL ready. He was one of the best players on the ice last night! I think he would have had a 45 point season - 15+30. At least. |

Well, 3 points in 2 games. Thats.. 123 points over a full season |

I was thinkin closer to 50-55 points, depending in what line he played on. Him and Pommers seem to have some SERIOUS chemistry, and I think if they were on a line together all season, 15 goals and 40+ assists is not unimaginable. Plus, if he hypothetically worked his way on to the 2nd PP unit, these numbers would probably be closer to 20 and 60. He's already the best playmaker on this team now that TC is injured. That dude can can SERIOUSLY dish the puck.....that toe drag and pass to pommers on that goal last night was incredible |

Im going to say around 30-40 points, no way to determine how a rookie will play over the duration of a whole season after only watching 2 games. |

He'd not be paired with Vanek, Roy, Connolly on the first line, and other teams would send out their checking line to face VRC line, so he'd be playing against 2nd and 3rd pairing defensive men most of the time. I was way more impressed by his 2 on 1 pass to Mair to be honest. Reminded me of old school Danny Briere, wait with the puck, make the defensive man converge on him, and then dish quick to the waiting winger at the goal line. This kid is really looking like he's something special. |

He can even make MAIR score! |

I will go all in based on his numbers in 2 games and watching him with NHL players. I will say he would have an 80+ point season, with 35 goals. He may be a great passer, but his positioning is just superb. And I agree, him and Pomminville have some serious chemistry going on immediately. I like Ennis at Center. I think a LW is all that is missing. I would like to see the following names thrown out there based on their individual talents. Frolov, Los Angeles Kovalchuk, New Jersey Wolski, Phoenix (RFA) Neal, Dallas (RFA) Ladd, Chicago (RFA) Anyone else have names that they would like to see on a line with Ennis Centering? |

Kovalchuk will be too expensive, Frolov will be too. Pheonix just traded for Wolski, doubt they wann move him. But, the obvious choice on that list for me is Andrew Ladd, as he would bring size, experience, a slight scoring touch and hopefully some toughness on the cheap |

He should be pretty decent next year. He would have gone in the top 3-5 in that draft had he been taller. That's where he was as far as skill goes. Him and Myers... What a draft that might turn out to have been ten years from now. |

That draft also produced Luke Adam, who has been a dominate force in his Junior team. That draft was so deep we will look back at the players in 5 years or so from that draft and be like wow, what a draft class that was. Stamkos already has 45 goals in his second year from that draft. |

Ladd is the dude that landed on Roloson and basically won Carolina their cup. No. Thanks. |
