Mancari was wearing his active camo all of last game, so I'm not sad. |

Better him than Ennis. I wanted Gerbe to go down instead, but it doesn't matter. |

Torres, Mancari Meh, whats the difference, they're both invisible for the most part when they're in the line up. Although I will say Mancari comes with more upside as he may stay with the organization and any experience he garners with the big club is a plus. Torres on the other hand is sure to sign with Toronto this off season. So from a prespective of which one to keep in the line up for experience or learning, Mancari may be the better choice. |

I think Torres brings a physicality that Mancari really hasn't shown though. |

Not to mention the fact that Mancari was up on emergency recall, and if he was called up, on a non-emergency basis he'd have to clear waivers. And a team looking to add size next year may claim him with the expiring contract on sort of a try-out basis |

Chances are Torres won't be back, but if Mancari is in our lineup then we're in big trouble. Quit looking so far into the future. |

No one is talking about him actually signing with Toronto, so there are no rumors in that regard. However, he has said, plain as day, that he didn't care where he got traded because he wants to play in Toronto and he's convinced Burkie will sign him. |

I'm digging up the presser Burke had several months back on this, but he did clearly state that guys like Torres are who he is after. |

Especially since wer're actually IN the playoffs this year! Torres on the other hand is sure to sign with Toronto this off season. So from a prespective of which one to keep in the line up for experience or learning, Mancari may be the better choice. Maybe we can change his mind- he might decide he doesn't want to be TOO close to family! Trust me. Sometimes its really nice to have a little distance from The Family. LOL |

I'm sure his tune will change when he heads up there thinking he'll sign for $4M per and Burkie offers him $2.5M. Sitting Torres just because he isn't going to be here next year doesn't make sense. Torres NOW is better than Mancari NOW. Done deal. Torres plays. |

Who cares what happens this summer? Jay McKee once said he will wait it out and will sign to play near "home".... then few hours into signing day, he's signed with St. Louis. MONEY talks people..... Torres could dream every night about playing for Toronto but if they offer him $2 million, his song will change very quickly.... |
