Yes, and Gerbe was also ROTY for the AHL as well. |

I'd expect Ennis to get ROTY this season, honestly. He's the highest scoring rookie and is the only rookie in the top 20. |

I was in one of the Sabres chat rooms on draft night, and when we picked Ennis, half of the board flipped out. Majority of the people i remember wanted Thomas McCollum (the local goalie) and a few wanted Nicolas Deschamps. I was honestly happy, despite knowing much about Ennis, because of the high success rate of first round picks to come out of the WHL. I wonder if these people are still flipping? Doubt it... |
