So the offensively challenged Bruins are going to beat Olympic MVP Ryan Miller with Olympic wannabe Tim Thomas in net?
Idiot.

Any credibility he might have had went out the door with this:

Quote:
and many would’ve thought Thomas had the edge in goal for Team USA before he started to slump in the first half.

Most reasonable observers thought Miller was the clear and obvious choice for some time, and that Quick should have been the #2 goalie over Thomas.

Tim Thomas has basically ONE great season in his career, and got paid for it. He's nothing more than an average goaltender.

He lost credibility when he suggested Thomas may start over Rask. That's stupid to even think that. Rask has dominated all year, Thomas has faltered with a bright spot here or there. That's like saying we may start Lalime because he has more experience. The reason Thomas was #2 was out of respect. Quick deserved it more. Hell, Anderson deserved to be there more than Thomas.

WTF is this guy talking about? The Sabres PK has been one of the most consistent and kick ass aspects of their game all season.

From the douche bag over at Two-Line Pass

"4. The Bruins will beat Buffalo in the first round with relative ease, and then get crushed in the second."

Why does everyone hate us?

I hate to double post, but hasn't the PK been right around top 3 all year?

Woah, I happen to be a big fan of the douche bag over at Two-Line Pass (Ryan Lambert) and his opinion is his opinion. Hell, he and I have gone back and forth on Twitter about the Calder Trophy. He's a funny guy entitled to his opinion who has reason to believe the Bruins will beat the Sabres.

Even Jerry Remy on the Red Sox broadcast thinks the Bruins will have a tough time with the Sabres.

I think calling Kaleta injured was stupid when he played in the sabres final game. Do some research.

I'd probably say that if this guy has seen more than 2 Sabres games this year, he'd of changed his tune. Writing an article based on hearsay is a pretty stupid way of doing things.

It was under his bold predictions, so I may have been a little hasty because of my anger with McKeon. I apologize.

Also, always take what Lambert says half-seriously. He's a raging smart-ass hahaha.

tukka rask will be starting. he led the NHL in GAA and save percentage by goaltenders qualifying for the vezina trophy.

What qualifies for the Vezina? It's kind of not fair that Rask could be qualified for it considering he's 28th in the league in Games Played. Not detracting from his play, but I mean...come on. Ryan Miller would have those numbers too if he only started in 45 games.

Way better numbers. Plus, Boston's system is a defensive trap style system, like NJ. Sabres rely on their goalie, because that's their system... For Miller to have those numbers and his GP and team system, OH MY GOD.

well, i agree. but i mean, if i was raving about 15 games, thats one thing. but he played the majority of the season. will he win the vezina? no. but its not millers by a landslide. people need to understand rask has a star in net, and buffalo has their work cut out for em.

remember 03-04 when kipprusoff almost won it? he only played 38 games!
