http://insider.espn.go.com/nhl/blog?nam ... id=5224828 They use the following metrics to gauge things: Pct 82 GP Forwards, Pts/82 Games Defensemen, Pts/82 Games All, Points/82 Games The top 5 were: 1 - Buffalo 2 - Montreal 3 - St Louis 4 - San Jose 5 - LA And on a pts/82 gp, Roy is #2 and Pominville is #3 amongst forwards drafted after the 1st round since 2000. Paul Stastny is #1. |

I think it was apparent that we were one of the best in the draft. We just suck at everything else... aka trades, FA... etc... haha |
