Easy. Take Weber / Butler / Sekera. One stays in Portland. The other two fight for the 6th spot, the 7th guy sits in the press box. |

I'm sorry, Sekera is on a one way. So, basically Sekera is the #6, Butler and Weber fight for the press box. |

Yeah, if I didn't know better, I'd say a trade is in the works. I really hope Weber gets a fair chance, God knows Rej, and Butler have.. numerous times. |

I think the Morrisonn signing is kind of a pre-cursor for Sekera to get his ass moving. If Mike Green can put up monster offensive stats next to Morrisonn, then they're thinking is probably that Sekera better follow suit. |

why couldnt the sabres give sekera a shot on a wing? i know its a radical idea, but if hes an offensive defensemen, or supposed to be... |

Sekera is (to borrow one of Ferret's favorite phrases) as soft as mink fur. Where would he play? 1st line? Vanek and Stafford. 2nd line? Ennis and Pominville. 3rd line? Hecht and Grier. 4th line? McCormick and Kaleta. |
