He's been one of our top 3 players in these first few games, 4 points in 3 games isn't too shabby. Hopefully he gets a goal pretty soon (he only has 5 shots on net, the same number as Mike Grier). Maybe he should shoot the puck more? |

Not a bad thing, he can be one of the best playmakers in the game one day, but if he shoots, he can be a real threat. |

Ennis hasn't played great. His ability to read or receive passes has been shit, he plays with the puck too much, and he's backing away from the play instead of charging into it like he did last season. That he has 4 points in 3 games is the result of Roy capitalizing on shit chances Ennis has given him. But...when Ennis finally hits his stride again...watch the fuck out. |

To me he just looks nervous. Overexcited, can't quite feel the puck and distribute it like he should be. He needs to either hit somebody or get hit. I think that, now that he has had time to think about it, he's worried about the speed and strength of NHL players. He needs to experience some heavy hitting, get used to it, and rise above it. |

Agree with Phil on Ennis. I think he's played okay, and it's great that he's putting up points, but I think top three is a bit of a stretch. He does look a bit lost at times. He certainly hasn't played better than Vanek. |

I agree, I believe Ennis hasn't played great but not bad either. He's usually more shifty with the puck and will create more chances for others with his skill. This team is not playing the way it should the last two games. Bad thing is New Jersey is coming in and they are winless which scares me because with the amount of talent they have they should be alot better. |
