Don't forget how good he was in the first game against Ottawa... The team as a whole needs to collectively get it together.
Exactly. Why do fans have such short term memories? Couple that with a knee jerk "Fuck We're Doooooomed!" reaction each time the team plays sub par hockey and we have these bipolar mood swing threads every other game. The mob is either raising players up on their shoulders or grabbing their pitch forks around here. Especially funny after just a few games. Myers has looked a bit off the last two games.....what does that mean? Maybe we should all take a collective smoke break and wait until we have enough of the season behind us to get a good idea of what kind of team we have this year. There are 79 more games. Just saying.
I have to question why its a "Fuck We're Dooooomed!" label you slap on fans who express their opinions either individually or collectively on some of the concerns on individual players performances or collectively, as a team.
Why are those who point out some more than obvious problems with the team in an attempt to discuss them labeled as having bipolar mood swings?
To express an opinion and discuss it with others no matter what angle on any given issue is taken, its still a subject to be discussed. Why do I need a smoke break?
I am well aware there are 79 games remaining, and pointing out what I see as the product on the ice from my point of view is no more, or less, discussion worthy than the positives that are to be pointed out. And right now, aside from Roy, Leopold and Ennis, there aren't many positives. So, are you suggesting we should not discuss the Sabres shortcomings or ineptness in certain areas of their game play?
