at this point i think we should have just benched connolly and put luke in his spot. let the guys who deserve it play. adam is doing awesome in portland and showed so much promise verse philly.

We can't do that. We don't have enough room on the roster.

I don't know why everybody is mad about this. It's standard procedure. We only called Adam up because of emergency basis. Once that emergency is over, you have to send him back.

i forgot it was an emergency call up. but i'm mad about it because right about now, this team needs a shake up, or just some sort of wake-up call. maybe a rookie playing instead of someone from "the core" would have been the kick in the ass to get going for these guys.

TC did a make a nice pass on our 3rd goal against the Flappers

Why all the hate directed at Tim Connolly? He had the best season of his career last year, and while he hasn't been GREAT so far this season, he certainly hasn't been terrible. He'll pick it up, we're only 10 games in.

Just because he had a good statistical season doesn't mean he's an asset to the team. He's not physical and he fails to show up when it actually counts.

Because right now the team can't generate any offense, so people are naturally going to go after the players on the team who are supposed to provide us offense but aren't.

Adam is better suited to playing a year in Portland. It will do him wonders for his development.

I seem to remember a lot of Connolly-bashing going on even late last season, when he was putting up great numbers. The guy is a true playmaker, I love watching him work the halfwall on the PP. You guys are crazyyy to want him gone.

I think what most are pissed about when it comes to his play, even late last season is that when the Sabres backs are against the wall, he does his best impression of this movie icon...
