to the topic on hand... after 1000 games together i would be shocked if lindy and darcy were not on the same page.... and the team isn't that far off... yes they all need to play and coach better, they simply CAN play and coach better... and yes they MAY be one or 2 players away from being dominate, IF they PLAY and COACH better... |

I take criticism as well as anybody on this board, but the difference is that some get away with bitch-slapping someone in back, some do not. I clearly do not have that priviledge. Given that, don't be so quick to call me out in situations like this, because it does nothing but give a green light to those who like to pile on and take me to task whether warranted or not. That has become an all-to-common dynamic here and you know it, so why feed it? |

Everyone in the organization know several things are missing from the team. They keep silent on them. Ruff and Regier are never on the same page. Ruff uses the players he has. Regier fails to bring in the players Ruff needs to win. |

The only "thing" I think is missing here is a winning attitude. These players CAN win, but they have to play with heart. That's the missing link: heart, passion, a chip on their shoulders, whatever you want to call it. That is all. |
