I wonder if this is normal, or an exception? I do remember something about him chewing Kalinin out while he skated laps.

I wonder how much it gets to players when the guy yelling at them possibly makes less money than they do. Also keep in mind, coahces aren't often protected as much as players when it comes to contracts.

Granted, Lindy is likely on the higher end of the food chain salary and leverage-wise, but I do wonder how many players on the ice are thinking:

I mean of course that's a huge reason it works so well, but we have Roy and Vanek on the same PP unit, and both of their passing is just fine. Myers on the point and a Pominville, and well Connolly shouldn't even sniff the first PP unit, but thankfully he is out.

Honestly I don't see why ours is so bad, we have the talent to make it be a top 10 PP unit easily. Even our second unit should work fine with Ennis, Butler, Sekera, Gerbe, and Hecht on it. Or however it is.

I really can't understand a word he says before the 20 second mark when he says "we're practicing the power play."
