I was flicking through the channels today and I came across a show called "Oil Change". It's basically 24/7 except it focuses solely on the Oilers. This particular episode was about the trade deadline. It was amazing to see the process of the Penner trade and the Oiler coaches discussing other options.

So it got me thinking, could the Sabres give us something like that? I always enjoyed seeing what goes on behind the scenes in Buffalo (clips of practices, dressing room, press box, etc.) so I thought it would be cool if the Sabres made something like that. Obviously they wouldn't use HBO so I guess MSG would be the network?? Anybody else think that is a viable proposition?

I think we should all come up with one big suggestion as a Message Board Group, come up with ideas, vote for them and then make a suggestion every time the box opens up. That way, we as a group can get things changed how we want them. Anyone else up for that?

I don't know what the Sabres group can do but if this whole mess with MSG could be figured out so people can get Sabres games in HD and the home feeds on Center Ice I would be a happy fan. I suffer through SD feeds and 9 out of 10 games listening to the other team's announcers. Get your shit together MSG!!!!!

Didn't they say something about giving away game worn jerseys after the games. That should take care of that issue, most people stay if there is a chance for free stuff.

I have never left early for a sporting event. I don't understand how you could spend 300+ on tickets and just leave early...

Except for emergency situations, of course.

Some people have a urge to "beat traffic" or if the team is just stinkin up the joint..... I did send in some suggestions for those of us who live away from Buffalo. Like having the team give away some of the tickets they get at away arenas to fans. Also, to expand the Sabres Road Crew. I was unable to make the one last year but I think this could be a great program if it's done right. They are definitely on the right track with it tho
