MAG has set the new team record for assists in a single series by a rookie, and is only one away from the franchise record for assists in a single series held by Perreault, Hawerchuk, and Satan.

Vanek is one power play goal away from tying the franchise record for power play goals in a single series, set by Pat LaFontaine.

Miller's 2 shutouts in one series ties the franchise record also held by Sauve and Hasek, and also ties the franchise for shutouts in a single playoff run also held by Sauve and Hasek.

Ennis is two goals away from tying the franchise record for goals by a rookie in a single series, also held by Turgeon and Pominville.

Stafford is one shot away from tying the franchise record for shots in a single series, held by LaFontaine and Andreychuk.

All well and good, but when it comes down to it, the only record I want them to get is to tie the old record of most wins in a series with 4.

Well most of these remain intact still

It's a phrase that basically means, if you wanna see the Sabres at the top, turn the rankings.
