Qualifying offers are a what percentage raise over their previous salary? Either way, great news.

Qualifying offers are a what percentage raise over their previous salary? Either way, great news.

Under 1 million is 105% raise and over a million is 110% raise.

I think, I don't remember if its flipped or not.

And got to remember they only send these out to retain rights, not all rfas will sign these.

Well they QOs need to be tendered by June something regardless. Remember Chicago had a mess up the other year by this.

It may be like June 28th or something.
