Injuries aside, this team has played lazy, uninspired hockey for the majority of games this season. All that excitement we saw last year, seems like it's completely gone now. WTH is up with this team this year? |

It's an unbalanced team. Too many offensive d-men who can't handle both sides of the rink and too many "playmakers" who can't hit an open net. 4 players on the team are doing what they are supposed to do: Vanek, Pomminville, Hecht and Regehr All the others are struggling to play two solid games in a row. As long as Roy, Stafford, Leino etc. are failing to produce anything it's a losing team. The mental breakdowns of Ehrhoff, Gragnani,, Sekera etc. doesn't help either. |

The part that annoys me is the fact that we don't have defenseman who can play well in their own end. We have too many puck-movers, and need more Regehr types. We need to keep McNabb up and get rid of Grags/Sekera. Don't care which. |

Well you should care one's still has tremendous upside and makes less than $1million and on the other side I believe Sekera has reached his peak and is making what over $4 million... |

Vanek, Pomminville, Hecht and Regehr all have had mental lapses this season. Hecht is playing for a contract and I hope Darcy isn't stupid enough to give him another 3-4 year contract worth 3+ mill a year. Enroth's played awesome since Miller's left... Besides that CBJ game none of the games were really any of his fault. And the wins we did get were because of him. Ehrhoff is doing pretty good. Vanek, Pomminville, Hecht, Ehrhoff, Adam, Enroth and Regehr have all played well all season. The rest of the team is a joke (Hows that Stafford signing goin? To all those people who spazzed out at me about saying not to resign the guy.), hopefully Miller can be better than what he was in his first few starts of the season... |
