So Gaustad and Boyes have played a few good games together after some line shuffling and switching positions? It makes Ruff's constant tinkering sound like genius because finally something clicked after throwing copius amounts of feces at the wall. The bigger issue behind the very recent and limited success of those two is that NOTHING after Vanek and Pominville has worked. The only two players that have stayed on the same line for long enough to have any "chemistry" are Roy and Stafford - by far and away the very two players who should be split or off the team!

An interesting stat in that read is boggling,

He'll take faceoffs anyway, then switch to wing or stay depending.
