Good job by Darcy. Can't believe it took him this long to actually notice that Adam's done absolute 0 since his hot start on the number 1 line. Kassian should still be in the ahl IMO. Putting him on a 4th line with Ellis and playing less than 8 mins a game won't really help him progress. Hopefully this isn't Darcy's only "move" lol

Stafford is only awful because of roy, take roy away and stafford is a good player

Then why can't he score playing with Ennis and Gerbe? They're the two hardest skaters on the team.

Stafford was good last year but he doesn't play on Roy's line every night. Even with new players, he's garbage. He's garbage this year anyway you look at it

Just like last year. When he got hurt the Sabres played much better then he came back in the playoffs and they lost and this year he has played quite a bit and they suck so it makes you wonder.

Roy should be first on the list to dump at the trade deadline.

Adam got the shit end of the stick this year. I think he's got potential but not with Ruff sending him to the fourth line and expecting he will create chances like he was still on a line with Pommer and Vanek.

For the love of god, trade Roy, and call Adam back up. This season is done, and a few wins gets us out of the lottery, and a few loses gives us a shot at #1 overall. Get a decent sized center prospect(McNeill), and drop Stafford to the 4th line. Give Kassian more playing time. Fire Ruff. If DR wants to improve this team, this is the route. I'm not advocating tanking, but a handful of wins will only hurt the team. Evaluate some of the Americans, and be smart.
