Maybe just me, but Vanek looks like he's lost a step the past few games. In the last Montreal game, during OT he looked like he strained/pulled a groin when trying to stay on sides straddling the blue line and went to the bench in pain. Since then, haven't seen the same jump and aggressiveness in his game. Did anyone even notice him last night? |

I'm not sure, but considering the increase in points from the other scorers, I think he's just being covered more. |

Sarcasm meter must have been broken? Possibly, I'm sure he did pull his groin in that game. But it does look like he's been covered more also. But he still has made some great plays still, just haven't been able to capitalize on them or his linemates couldn't. |
