From Garth's article on hockeybuzz: Quote: You think last night was a "statement game"? Tonight will be a bar fight. Fuck them up, boys. Fuck them right the FUCK up! LETS GO BUFFALO! |

This is the kind of game where I would expect to see Kennedy and Kaleta feeding off of each other, resulting in Kennedy dropping his gloves for the first time. He's a Buffalo boy, he hates the Flyers, and it's gonna make his blood boil tonight especially if Pattymouth is still his winger. |

0-3 on the 2nd night of back-to-backs. Losses to Atlanta, NYI, and Boston for a combined score of 13-4. Going into Philly, who already beat them in Buffalo 5-2, after playing to the physical limit against Calgary last night. Lalime probably starts... I wish I was working instead tonight. |

I highly, highly doubt Lalime starts. But you never know. |

I'd rather Lalime starts in case there are extra shenanigans in the crease. |

I wanna see Mair go crazy again! You can definatly tell he really wants to be on his team, based on his play from last night. |

Well I thought it was a no-brainer to start him against Boston, but... I would normally be against starting him two straight nights, but their schedule is very friendly to doing that. They've been playing Wed-Fri-Sat for a while and it will stay that way until Nov 30. |

First of all, GREAT SITE!! This is obviously my first post so bare with me. Yes, about tonight's game. What does this team need to do in order to kick the Flyers asses? Play hard, win the puck battles?? Who know's, who cares! GO SABRES GO!!!!!! |

I'd put Miller in for this game and rest him our next game, even though it it another long break, just in case. Miller is playing great and I want to see him take his revenge on Philly. Hopefully I'll find a feed to the game and be able to watch it. |

Man, it seems every game the Sabres have played so far this season have been "statement games". |

Well, Caro, when you're a team who is searching for the playoffs after missing it due to inconsistency for two season, that's gonna happen. |

Well now I'm happy for being home tonight. Ruff surprised me by starting Miller and lo and behold... a win on the 2nd night of back-to-backs!!! Now THAT was a solid game tonight! Aside from Connolly trying his best to throw it (with three straight TOs on the last PP, leading to the shorty), it was a very well played game. The forwards finally put away some chances. Great game, great statement in the Flyers rink, and a great way to come back from a tough stretch. |
