Vanek prolly thinks he doesnt need to try as hard with how well everyone else is doing, which is the wrong mindset, I hope soon he will just ignite and just go crazy over people haha |

I hope we don't need to rely on just Vanek for goals, I'd rather have a team with balanced scoring throughout a team, and not from just one guy. |

I'm hoping Vanek just hasn't woken up. He looks like he's coasting all the time. 5 on 5, he's absolutely useless. We might as well sit him until a PP right now. I'm getting mighty frustrated. |

Another good night from Miller, but another night of not having to stand on his head. There were a bunch of shots from the point that deflected just wide, but otherwise Buffalo didn't allow many quality chances. That was a really solid effort all around. There was some great back checking from the forwards, especially Kaleta. Vanek even put a good effort in, although he got caught with a penalty for it. I'm a little more impressed with this win than last night. |

The hilarious thing is, Miller has 3 losses on the season, and after each one, there have been fans who have ripped him apart saying shit like, "The old miller is back. He fucking sucks. Trade his ass." I don't understand it. I just... don't... understand it... |

I'm just worried about giving him some rest. Especially with the Olympics. It's going to be a condensed schedule as is because of the Games, but Ryan is also going to be participating in them. Then we have to take into account the postseason, he's going to be seeing a lot of playing time. We all know how much he elevates his game in the playoffs, but without him getting proper rest who knows what could happen to him. |

Yea, this team is a quality backup away from serious contention. My mom put it best Friday night - "Ya know, I miss not having to worry about games that our backup is playing". We all do, mama dukes, we all do. |

I've known he was this good forever, but we had some pretty crap defenses in seasons past. The vast majority of goals he allows have always been off double deflections and screens. It's nothing new. I dun get it. |

I know right...I'm unfamiliar with this "old Miller". He's always been good, and I've been watching him improve his game year after year since his Amerks days when he was just a little baby. I know these things. |
