ETC Buzz: Loods will replace Shakira in the lineup on Wednesday. If the Sabres are hoping to trade him they need to show he's healthy, and not a healthy scratch.

Man, I'd love Lydman in for Sekera. That would be awesome.

only problem with that is if they have committed to Reggie as the next campbell, so to speak, they would be hindering his growth by having him sit on the bench.

I always hate to see roster changes during a winning streak ;), it seems like the chemistry is pretty good now. If Lydman and Stafford play Wednesday, and we lose, it will seem as if it is there fault, and the trade tirades will start again.

I know it's part of the game, but I always dread that aspect!

Hell Wyohomeboy, I still do my trade rants
I just target a few players on the team that can bring a decent return and/or there is a potential replacement with talent for them.

Here is my players I would trade (trade rant back :D ), Hecht, Tallinder, Lydman, Mair, Sekera, and Paetsch. In the AHL, Mark Mancari.

I would like to see draft picks and lots of em. But talent would be welcomed too.

If we could keep the lineup the same as last game, with the same results each night, and guarantee no injuries, I would say trade away :D :D

I wish the front office would realize that Reggie is not going to be the new Campbell (maybe they already have). If your looking for a truly offensive defensman in the system Gragnani is the answer

i still have hope for sekera. remember just how awful campbell was before he suddenly flowered?

however, with tyler myers proving he can play both ways, the need for an offensive defenseman may be negated by pronger v.2.0.

But remember when Stafford was here, we won the first two games of this three game streak.

When Lydman was here, I think we won all four he played in so far.

And I'd much rather had Lydman over Shakira.
