my friend's cousin's dad is the Detriot Red Wings equipment manager and he says that Pavel Datsyuk wants a trade. He says that Buffalo is his number one choice to go. any thoughts? he's a huge assist king that can feed Vanek and he can score too. He's a mini Joe Thornton. his cap hit is 6.7 so were gonna need to trade some talent in return.

I too was told Datsyuk wanted a trade, but no mention of Buffalo. My stepson is a huge Detroit fan and he was upset around new years day. Don't know what teams though, like I said, Buffalo was never mentioned.
